Why do people enjoy this artist so?

The popular track, “Crazy”, has an interesting sound and is a little fun, but people have been raving about the album aside from this song and I don’t know why. It’s disconnected and can’t seem to decide what in the hell is wants to do, nor does it have a nice aesthetic.

Am I missing something?
