Thanksgiving approaches

…and there are a number of things I’m looking forward to:

• An overdose of tryptophan
• The subsequent serotonin-induced and coma-like sleep
• “Shorts and tank top weather” (courtesy our San Diego correspondent, Kerri)
• Seeing the fam-damnly! It’s been quite a while
• Random Germanic brews provided by meine Onkeln
• The absolute terror of experiencing my younger brother’s newfound driving capabilities

There is also a chance that grandma’s famous chocolate cake could make an appearance. Needless to say, I am excited. Have a good holiday, everyone!
